We do not provide prepaid return labels for these returns.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will email you a prepaid return label.
Mekyle covers the full cost of return shipping in these specific cases.
3. Restocking Fees
- We do not charge any restocking fees on returned items.
How to Start a Return

Refund Process

Exchanges

Order Cancellations
At Mekyle, we aim to process and dispatch your orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, we can only accept order cancellations within 24 hours of purchase.
