1. What is the expected delivery timeframe?
For all orders within the United Kingdom, we follow this schedule:

2. Is shipping free of charge?
Yes. We provide Free Shipping on every order delivered within the United Kingdom. There is no minimum purchase necessary. The price displayed at checkout includes VAT, and no additional customs fees apply.
3. How do I monitor my shipment?
After your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can use this to follow your package's progress directly through our system.
4. Is it possible to cancel my purchase?
Yes. We accept order cancellations within a 24-hour window of the purchase time. After this period, the order may already be in processing or shipped and cannot be voided. Please contact contact@mekylestore.com immediately for assistance.
5. What are the return requirements?
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible:

All original tags, accessories, and inserts must be included.

Items should be returned in their original packaging to prevent damage.
6. Who covers the return delivery costs?
Responsibility for shipping fees depends on the return reason:

Defective or Incorrect Items: £0.00 cost to you. We provide a prepaid return label via email.

Change of Mind/Wrong Size: The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for a trackable shipping service. We do not provide prepaid labels for these cases.
7. Do you apply restocking fees?
No. We do not charge any restocking fees on returned products.
8. How long until I receive my refund?
Once your return is inspected and approved, the refund is processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
9. How can I exchange an item?
We offer exchanges with no service fees. While the customer covers the return shipping to our warehouse, Mekyle pays the shipping cost to send the new replacement item to you.
